The Nova Scotia Eastlink Major Midget Hockey League announced the winners of the 2013-14 League Scholarships and Bursaries. This year there were 16 NSEMMHL players in their final year of Midget hockey who are sharing over $20,000 in award money.
The South Shore Mustangs organization are proud to announce that two graduating players received awards from the NSEMMHL:
- Joel Cleveland received the Dianna Thornton Education Fund Scholarship in the value of $2500.
- Christian Tufts received the East Coact Ice Jam Tournament Schoalrship Award in the value of $1000.
