Bailey Sets New Record

South Shore Canadian Tire Mustangs defenseman Brennan Bailey set a new record for scoring by a Mustangs defenseman Sunday with his 9^th and 10^th goals of the year against Halifax.

Bailey has surpassed Tim Rice (1994-96) as the Mustangs all time leading scoring defenceman.

Rice held the previous record with 53pts.  With 27pts this season Bailey now has 55pts over his 3yr career.  Bailey is currently the top scoring defenceman in the NSMMHL.

Brennan is closing in on another record.  Most Points in a season for a Mustangs defenceman is held by Pete Lecain (97-98) with 34.
