McEACHERN PACES OFFENCE vs WILDCATS

The Canadian Tire Mustangs ended the regular season with a commanding 8-2 victory over the lowly Valley Wildcats on Saturday night in Bridgewater. Shaun McEachern's 2nd goal of the game proved the winner. He added 2 more while Graham Mann and Tyler Quinlan each scored a pair to round out the offence. Jon Hatt added 3 assists while Tyler Peterson, Braden Mercier, Tyler Qunlan and Brandon Challoner added singles. Billy Clarke stopped 33 shots for his 8th win of the season. Valley netminder Brandon Whitney turned aside 44 of 52 shots faced.

The Mustangs open the playoffs on the road Feb. 6th against either Cole Harbour or Dartmouth.
