May 28th, 2009 was truly a great day for golf! The Canadian Tire Mustangs hosted their annual golf tournament at Osprey Ridge Golf & Country Club, and with the co-operation of mother nature, a great day ensued!
Notable teams were:
Champions:(2nd year in a row) C. Parks, M. Davis, G. Theriault, and D. White
Closest to the hole on #3: M. Davis
Longest Drive: K. Oickle
Tournament Chairman Lionel Haughn added: "A heart-felt thank you to all the business who privided prizes, those who sponsored holes, and those who sponsored carts.
Special thanks to Beth and Todd Caines for all their help with registration, 50/50 sales, and photographs. Thank you to Eric (Caines) for the great MC work....and his help with the whole tournament, and also Rodney (Grace) for his help on the committee."
