MUSTANGS PUSHED TO BRINK

The Halifax MacDonalds built up a 4-0 lead using three power-play goals and cruised to a 5-2 win on Saturday night. With the win the Macs take a 2-0 lead in the best of five series and can clinch with a win Sunday at 12:30 PM at the Halifax Civic Arena. Thomas Nicholson was solid in the Macs net coming up big whenever the Mustangs mounted an attack. Jack Strowbridge & Logan Phillips scored for the Mustangs.
