Brad Muise Steps down as Head coach/GM.

April 15, 2015 – Bridgewater, NS – The executive president of the Charlie’s Pizza South Shore Mustangs Major Midget Hockey Club Lionel Haughn wish to announce that Brad Muise will not be returning as Head Coach and Director of Hockey Operations next season.   The club has enjoyed its most successful season in franchise history, in which Muise was named Nova Scotia Major Midget Hockey League Coach of the Year.  Muise made his decision last week citing family and work commitments as a priority.
“It was an agonizing decision to leave the Mustangs hockey program, however, family and work need to come first.  Those are the only reasons why I made this choice.  The Mustangs are a very classy organization lead by a professional executive who provided me with all the tools and support the players and I needed to succeed.  It’s a fantastic organization that provides a great opportunity and exposure for young hockey players to seek out their hockey ambitions.  I’m going to really miss it.  I loved every minute of my involvement with the team.  I’m thankful for the opportunity to have coached here.  I believe the team is in good shape next season with a solid group of returning players and some talented prospects available”, commented Brad Muise
The Mustangs are currently in the process of searching for their next head coach and preparing for spring identification camp.
