Mustangs advance to Semi Finals at Monctonian

The Charlie’s Pizza South Shore Mustangs are entering new territory in the Monctonian on Sunday as they defeated the hard working Fredricton Canadiens today 3-0. The Mustangs played a solid defensive game with everyone contributing.  After an earlier effort that wasn’t quite what we have come to expect from “Mustangs Hockey”, the boys took it to heart and regrouped. The effort in the evening game was a total buy in from everyone and the results showed. The defensive commitment all weekend has seen the Mustangs give up only two goals in four games against some quality teams. On Sunday another tough battle is on an early morning horizon as the Mustangs take on the home town favorite Moncton Flyers at 9:00am. All we can say is any given Sunday…
